Chromatography and Separation- Double Beam Spectrophotometer

Double Beam Spectrophotometer

Description: A large scale setup of double beam spectrophotometer complete with splitter. The laser beam is passed through either a tank of colored water and onto a screen, or it is reflected around the tank by the splitter and onto the screen. The difference in the amount of light reaching the screen is the absorbance of the sample.
