Biochemistry- Enzymatic Activity of Glucose Oxidase

Enzymatic Activity of Glucose Oxidase

Description: Some basic principles of enzymology are studied using the enzyme glucose oxidase. The reactions are varied by temperature, enzyme concentration, substrate concentration and substrate specificity, and type of substrate used. The reactions are monitored by the appearance of a chromogenic substrate coupled by the glucose oxidase reaction.
