Material Science/ Solid State Chemistry- Bubble Raft

Bubble Raft

Description: Small bubbles are made in bubble solution using an aquarium pump. As the bubbles move out over the raft, they form a hexagonal close pack arrangement This demonstration is also available on JCE Solid State Resources CD-Rom. Source: Ellis, A. et al.
